I don’t know any parent who intentionally hinders their children from having a relationship with God.
Take away my phone. Take away my laptop. Take away my privileges and ability to go out. But if you take away my right to go to church and my bible, that’s another story. I’ve never been so upset and torn over something so unfathomable and ridiculous. Because of you I didn’t go to church for over 2 and a half years and when I finally go back to a church I’m beyond happy at you find the need to take that away from me. All I’ve ever wanted was a family to go to church with, but obviously that’s equivalent to asking for supper powers. You’ve got it all wrong. You don’t understand. You say I’m always strangely happy before or after attending church and you’ve reasoned that the cause to that is because I get to see my friends and there are boys that I like there. That’s seriously the stupidest and most irritating thing I’ve ever heard considering the fact I know only and exactly 3 people who go to my church and boys are the last thing I could worry about. Maybe if you bothered going to church with me just once, you would understand…

Aww ash I’ll pray for you. Be strong in your faith. And don’t let those things hinder you. If your parents see you going to church all the time working for God and loving him. They will eventually want to do the same
